Services for boatyards, workshops, charter fleets and yacht clubs

Setting a digital course for your business

It means something very concrete: looking at how your business works — a boatyard, a workshop, a charter fleet, a club, a chandlery or a dive centre — and building you a system where quotes, work orders, spares, invoices and your customers each have their place.

Every business works differently and the quote is settled once we have listened, but we will not make you guess the order of magnitude: further down you will find where each item starts and what it does not cover.

Who we work for

Five ways of working, five different problems. Find yours.

A fleet of sailing boats moored in a Mediterranean marina

Charter and hire

Fleet and booking management with full foresight: two bookings for one boat stops happening. Digital contracts and instant availability, so nothing is left to chance in season.

A Mediterranean harbour with the breakwater and the town behind

Yacht club and marina

Dues, free moorings and the waiting list always in sight. Berth space and dock resources, with visual, real-time planning.

A worker in a welding mask working on a boat's hull

Marine workshop

Full traceability of every work order and winterising: each repair is closed and documented, with the part fitted and the hours it really took.

Freshly painted hull below the waterline on a boat propped up on blocks

Boatyard

Absolute control of haul-outs, launches and boat movements: you know which boat is on the hard, since when, when it is due out and what has been done. No whiteboard.

Storage bins labelled by hand, with the parts sorted

Chandlery and diving

Inventory and counter sales in sync: spares and accessories stock always up to date, and the supplier order goes out before you run short. Whether you sell it or hire it out.

Service 01 — Operations

The day-to-day operation

We plan the work as it actually happens: who is involved, with which parts and under what warranty.

  • Repair orders: parts used, warranty and documented close-out.
  • Job sheets on the dock: from a phone or tablet, with schedule and assigned technician.
  • Traceable spare parts: what is in stock, where it is and which order it is going to.

Service 02 — Processes

Roll-out: processes and day-to-day work

We set up the structure that holds your day-to-day: enquiries, work and follow-up in a single flow, with no duplicated tasks.

  • Every enquiry on record: web, email and phone, gathered in one place.
  • From quote to closed job without retyping anything.
  • Your bookkeeper, at ease: the figures arrive tidy and on time, and you retype nothing.

When VeriFactu becomes mandatory (companies on 1 January 2027, sole traders on 1 July), what you already have in place will simply comply: the peace of mind of automatic e-invoicing, without changing how you work. Staying compliant becomes a natural part of your daily routine. 2026 is the tax agency’s official trial period: arriving with a run-in system means no December improvising, and the penalty for non-compliance reaches €50,000 per year.

Odoo is also an accredited digitalisation agent under Spain’s Kit Digital programme: whenever a call is open, we help you explore public funding for part of the project.

Service 03 — Client portal

Client portal

Your customer logs in, checks and signs without calling; your team stops repeating what is already written.

  • Everything in view: quotations, invoices and tickets at any hour.
  • Digital signature of the quotation from within the portal.
  • No fragile parts: everything standard and always upgradeable.

What it costs

We publish the floor, not a price list: the final figure depends on how you work and is settled once we have listened. What we can tell you up front is where each item starts and, above all, what it does not cover.

VeriFactu start-up

€1,200 · fixed scope

Invoicing compliant with the regulation, series, QR code, system set-up and team training.

What it does not cover: Historical data migration, third-party integrations and customisations.

Monthly fee

from €150/month · depending on users and modules

Licences, hosting, updates and support from someone who knows your set-up.

What it does not cover: New development or project hours, which are quoted separately.

Implementation

from €2,500 · depending on scope

Analysis of your operations, configuration, master data, training and go-live.

What it does not cover: Bespoke modules, hardware integrations and bulk data migration.

If your project falls below this floor, we will tell you in the first conversation and not waste your time.

Service 04 — Ongoing support

Ongoing support

Once the system is delivered we stay aboard: training on your data, close support and phased evolution, mile by mile.

  • Training at the dockside, on your data and at your own berth.
  • No hidden lock-in: you stay because it works.
  • Only what is needed. Nothing more.

Only what is needed. Nothing more.

We listen, we quote in detail, and only then is anything signed. Digitally.
